 蒂摩爾古薪舞集創辦人暨藝術總監，屏東三地門鄉地磨兒部落排灣族人，以舞蹈承載文化記憶，將原住民族身體語彙推向當代表達與國際對話。畢業於臺南應用科技大學舞蹈系及國立屏東大學文化創意產業研究所，曾任國家表演藝術中心董事，長年深耕部落，致力於將排灣族的身體、聲音與歷史轉化為當代藝術語言，構築排灣族在全球藝術場域中的獨特視野。 

2013年編創作品《Qai~i．愛遺憶》入圍台新藝術獎，透過舞蹈探討文化記憶與身體經驗的交錯。2023年發起行為藝術《路之行走》，以身體為載體，探索文化流動與族群認同，行經德國、葡萄牙，並將於2025年走向挪威，以行走對話世界，讓身體成為穿越時空的文化見證。

2021年榮獲原住民族傑出成就獎，並與巴魯．瑪迪霖共同獲選為《表演藝術雜誌》舞蹈類年度人物。她持續透過舞蹈、行為藝術與文化行動，書寫排灣族的當代篇章，讓身體不只是表演的媒介，而是文化記憶的延續、歷史與未來交匯的場域，在世界舞台上發聲、共鳴、迴盪。

From the Paiwan community of Timur in Sandimen Township, Pingtung County, Ljuzem Madiljin founded Tjimur Dance Theatre and is its artistic director. She uses dance as a vehicle of cultural memories and works to give the bodily vocabulary of Taiwanese Indigenous people a contemporary expression that can engage in dialogue with the world. Since graduating from the dance department at Tainan University of Technology and then earning a master's degree in the Department of Cultural and Creative Industries at National Pingtung University, she has served as a National Performing Arts Center board member and spent years working in her home community to translate the Paiwan body, voice, and history into a language of contemporary art, constructing the unique viewpoint of the Paiwan within the global art realm.  

Her 2013 piece Qai~i, nominated for the Taishin Arts Award, explores cultural memories and bodily experiences. Her 2023 performance art piece Ljuzem’s Walk, which explores the flow of culture and ethnic identity, has been performed in Germany and Portugal. In 2025, it will go to Norway. Thus, she is communicating with the world and leaving a cultural testament that transcends space and time through bodily movement.

​In 2021, she won the Outstanding Achievements by Indigenous People Award and, alongside Baru Madiljin, was named Person of the Year by the magazine Performing Arts Redefined. Ljuzem continues to write the contemporary chapter of Paiwan history through the media of dance, performance art, and cultural activism. In this way, her body is not just a medium of performance but also a continuation of cultural memories and a site of convergence for the past and future, giving the Paiwan a voice that resonates on the world stage.
